Adult, 17 yrs old & up, membership inculdes a membership card, car/boat decal, patch, koozie, fishing license holder, monthly newsletter and eligibility to fish SFA tournaments. All 5 year memberships also include a SFA hat.
Lifetime memberships include lifetime membership card, lifetime member polo shirt, SFA hat, 2 patches, car/boat decal, koozie, fishing license holder, monthly newsletter and eligibility to fish SFA tournaments.

Youth, under 17 yrs old, membership is $15.00 and inculdes a membership card, patch and eligibility to fish SFA tournaments. All youth membership applications must have parent or legal guardian's signature to be accepted. Any application not filled out completely will be returned, along with the dues, to the sender.
